Since mid July Tom has been working with me to improve muscle gain, weight lost and all round general fitness in which time he has tailored personal plans for food programme's to suit my goal and I couldn't be happier with the results so far. he has gone beyond my expectations of what a personal trainer should be as well as helping my physical fitness working with him has improved my overall mental health and everyday happiness.
